Request Data Deletion

At StudyPanda, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to have your data deleted from our systems, please follow the process outlined below.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request the deletion of your data, please send an email to:

jayfort@studypanda.online

Include the following information in your email:

• Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your full name
• Email address associated with your StudyPanda account
• Brief reason for requesting data deletion (optional)

For verification purposes, please also include one of the following:

• A screenshot of your StudyPanda account page
• A photo of your ID (you may blur out sensitive information such as ID number)

What Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete:

• Your account information
• All notebooks and notes created by you
• All flashcards associated with your account
• Study progress and statistics
• Any voice recordings or inputs
• Other personal data collected during your use of the application

Timeframe

We will process your request within 30 days of receipt. Once we've completed the deletion process, we will send you a confirmation email.

Data Retention

Please note that certain information may be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Information required for tax, legal, or accounting purposes
• Anonymized data used for analytics or service improvement
• Information necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse
